Max Pollard has served as President of Alembic Point of Sale since its inception in 2004. Mr. Pollard's passion for delivering high quality products to local businesses has generated some of the industry's most innovative solutions. His exceptional technical expertise and unmatched dedication to excellence have helped over 100 restaurants and retail operations increase sales and operate more cost efficiently.
Mr. Pollard began his career with a commitment to the U.S. Navy as an Electronics Technician, where he worked with first generation personal computers. While attending the University of Denver, Mr. Pollard mastered computer networking as a consultant for DU’s NeXT Computer Lab and as a Technical Director for Alembic Systems International. Mr. Pollard holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Statistics from the University of Denver.
In 1998, Mr. Pollard became Manager of Technical Services at CAB Computer Group, a Denver-based point of sale company that was later acquired by California-based US Computer Solutions (USCS). When USCS closed its doors, Mr. Pollard founded Alembic Point of Sale to continue serving the loyal customer base he had established.
