Alembic provides both hardware and software support.

Support hours and rates:
Mon-Fri, 9am-6pmNormal rate
Mon-Fri, 6pm-12amAfter-hours rate
Sat-Sun, 9am-12amAfter-hours rate
Support pricing:

For the first 90 days following a new install: FREE

After the first 90 days:

  • Phone, “dial-up,” and on-site support is billed in 15-minute increments.
  • On-site service is subject to a trip fee and one-hour minimum labor fee.
